We leave Auckland and travel south to the Rotorua region. Our first major stop is the surreal Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland, where you can watch the Lady Knox Geyser erupt and walk among uniquely colored thermal pools.
Travel down to Lake Taupō and board a comfortable cruise boat. Glide across the pristine waters to Mine Bay to view the awe-inspiring Māori Rock Carvings, a monumental piece of contemporary indigenous art.
On the drive back to Auckland, we make a peaceful stop at the Blue Springs in Putaruru. Enjoy a short nature walk alongside the crystal-clear water before returning to your hotel or the airport.
